The apartment is suitable for a quiet getaway as well as a family holiday. The apartment benefits from lovely views of the nearby mountains and surrounding forest, yet is just a 3 minute walk from the centre of Hisarönü.

The apartment overlooks a communal swimming pool and the apartment benefits from a small café/bar on a neighbouring site where you can sit, cool down and escape from the sun.

There are 24 apartments on the complex. The site has a shower available by the pool for communal use.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms 1 with en suite shower. On the entrance level are bedrooms 2 & 3 and they share the family shower room. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, and washing machine. The usual toaster, kettle etc are also included. There is airconditioning throughout the apartment. There is a 32" flat screen TV with satellite TV and also DVD player with an assortment of DVD’s for your use.

Internet access - for those of you that are technology dependent - Wifi connection is available at local bars (normally for free) and also to open networks accessible on site.

Cost included a pre stay and post stay clean. Additional cleaning and laundry services are available on request.

The apartment is 100 sq m over 2 floors; the entrance level floor comprises of Kitchen, lounge, terrace that serves as dining room. The 2nd bedroom (double room), bedroom 3 (twin bedroom) with balcony, family bathroom lounge area with TV and DVD player and its own balcony are also on this level.

The upper floor comprises of the master double bedroom, with stunning pine ceiling and ceramic floor, also with en suite shower room. The master bedroom also has its own private roof terrace for those late night liqueurs and early morning coffees.

The apartment has solar hot water supply as well as a back-up electric water heater.

Off road parking is available inside the apartment gate. The site is gated secure site with 24 apartments and communal gardens and swimming pool.

The pool (free form in shape and approx 25m x 8m) has a separate child splash pool and both shallow and deep areas. Sun loungers, parasols and coffee tables are provided for your use.
Situated next to the pool is an external shower.

On the neighbouring complex is a family run cafe snack bar where you can order poolside drinks, sit at the bar, or have food delivered to your terrace (ideal for those lazy nights at home). The cafe also does regular barbeque nights and a great breakfast (English or Turkish style).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mustafa (the owner) a message.

If Mustafa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
