Old Leckie Farmstay offers you an opportunity to enjoy well appointed self catering accommodation within a beautiful rural landscape. This individual 3 bedroom apartment is set within the old Coachman's quarters of 18C A listed Old Leckie steading, overlooking the picturesque Old Leckie house - a traditional Scottish tower house dating to 1530.

With its own private access and risk assessed cleaning protocols in place (which meet national guidance) you can relax in our wide open spaces and local walks in the knowledge that your safety and health are a top priority for us in the current Coronovirus pandemic.

Located in the heart of rural Stirlingshire the location offers exceptional access to some of Central Scotland's most commanding scenery - all in easy reach whether walking, cycling or travelling by car. Popular walking and cycling routes wind their way through Old Leckie farm itself to nearby villages, whilst the City of Stirling is only a 10 minute drive to the East, and Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park within a 20 minute drive to the north and west.

Local pubs and restaurants are providing takeaway and home delivery services and with our own farm produce and some outstanding farm shops within a few miles you don't need to goto the supermarket.

Old Leckie farm itself provides an ever changing backdrop to your holiday - combining the bustle of a family farm hosting cows, sheep, chickens and small children with century old trees, hidden bridges and waterfalls.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alison (the owner) a message.

If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
