Luxury flat in the best and most convenient area of the city. The Marina is the most eclectic and vibrant area of the "Miami of Morocco": Agadir which offers great beaches, nightlife and restaurants, golf and horse-riding, beach basking and water-based fun, and Kasbah views.

This luxurious and spacious 1 bed flat (95m2) is perfect for a family and/or a couple. The self-catering apartment is well agenced with a great living room with a Moroccan-style decor and large seating area and a flat screen TV and satellite TV. 4 people can easily sleeps in the living room; we can arrange that option for you. The apartment features air conditioning (hot/cold) and free-Wifi is available. The apartment's kitchen offers a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. An oven, a coffee machine and a stove are also provided. The en-suite bedroom is a comfortable room, warms and spacious, tastefully decorated.

Each space has been designed to provide an immediate feeling of well-being and serenity through the combination of a refined style of contemporary decor and Moroccan traditional setting, creating both a modern and cosy atmosphere. There are two complete bathrooms with a bath or shower, one en-suite and one additional bathroom.

A private sunny terrace, carefully decorated lounge will delight those who value the finer things in life. The balcony is an excellent spot for lunch or evening drink whilst taking in the stunning view of the amazing hill that bears the inscription in Arabic: ", Country, King" which, like the walls, is illuminated at night.

With an outdoor swimming pool, you will have also the choice of the beaches which are 400 metres from the beach the residence. A great Spa, sauna, hammam and beauty salon are located at 5 min walk from the residence if you are willing to experience the best Moroccan beauty treatments.

Marina Agadir is 25 km from Taghazoute Beach, which is famous for being a great surf spot.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sab (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
