A superb luxury detached bungalow (TOURIST ACCOMODATION LICENCE 0003298), located on an elevated spectacular position overlooking the village of Peyia offering panoramic sea and mountain views. Firm favourite with many guests returning year on year! Peyia village centre 2 mins drive or 15 mins walk with coral bay less than 10 mins away!

Perfect for families wanting to relax and enjoy a quality time with the kids! Great for couples wanting to have peace and relaxation. No Nightclubs so not for groups of young people wanting close to the nightlife!

The bungalow has a gated entrance and parking area There are a couple of steps to the pool terrace and a couple of steps into the villa so not wheelchair accessible but people with limited mobility should find it perfect. Families with children need to be careful as the pool is not fenced of so children need to be supervised.

The covered veranda at the front of the villa is a favourite spot for relaxing and alfresco dining or for watching the sun set over the sea. Look out for the Lighthouse at Paphos at nighttime!

Pool area: Larger than standard pool in built steps for easy access. Six generous sunbeds and sun umbrellas for shade. Changing room. Pool can be heated for additional cost – contact us for details. We supply pool and beach towels for our guests.

Living accommodation –

Living /dining room: open plan and furnished with white leather suite and walnut Dining table and chairs and matching units. There is a selection of books for your holiday read and local maps/info. Welcome book. Satellite connection TV with UK channels and latest Movies. Log burner and gas central heating for the winter months and air con and ceiling fans for the hot summers. Patio doors to the covered veranda and uninterrupted panoramic views.

Kitchen: Separate kitchen equipped kitchen with cooker, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a fridge freezer. Fully equipped with crockery and glass ware pots and pans. We have a highchair available for young guests free of charge! We supply a welcome pack for you on arrival!

Guest WC

Master bedroom – Super king size bed (6ft) with dressing area and en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the covered veranda at the front of the house.

Bedroom 2 – next to master bedroom – twin room

Bedroom 3 - two single beds that can be made up as large double bed on request.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air con units for hot and cold and central heating for the winter months. We supply all linen and bedding for you and a second set of bedding for your second week. There are timer switches on the air con, and we ask that you are considerate and do not use them when not required. Travel cot available free of charge.

Rear garden: there is a gas bbq at your disposable and a pergola with covered seating for 4 . help yourself to the lemons from the trees in season and enjoy the colourful bougainvillea hedge.

No smoking inside of the villa please. Ashtrays are provided on the terraces.
the villa is in a quiet residential area so no loud music and pool parties at night ! No hen or stag parties and only the paying guests are allowed.
Respect the villa as it is a private home and has been furnished etc as such for the comfort of all the guests and the family.
We will ask for your flight details and if we can accommodate an earlier check in and out time we will if possible

Beautiful had a great 2 wks should have booked longer. Excellent views excellent facilities. The pool was gorgeous.

Youl .need a Car Too far to walk to the village. Not a very nice road to get there . But it's worth it. The bungalow is home from home. Didn't want to leave

Hi Helen, glad you had a good stay with us...the pool is bigger than the standard size and is 10 meters long ( the standard is 8m). Sorry you had a problem with the a/c unit in the living room - we will get that checked out ! and as for the water pressure pump it can be turned of at nighttime so we will make sure the next guests know that if they are light sleepers . hope you come again and have another holiday with us!!

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
