Villa España Escape is on the Andalucian coast of Spain, 30 minutes east of Malaga, in a peaceful location just outside the resort of Torre del Mar.

Our luxury villa has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, generous living areas, and mature gardens, providing you with spacious and private accommodation. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the pool can be heated. The villa offers a modern and tranquil escape ideal for large groups and families.

Situated in a very quiet, private area, and not overlooked, it is surrounded by a high wall with only one entrance through a locked gate, making it very safe and secure for children.

The villa is split over two levels and access is via a secure, keypad locked gate. Entering from a quiet road, where there is ample parking, up some steps you reach the first level.

On this level there are 4 twin/double bedrooms with en-suite, a spacious games room (the Den), and a large kidney shaped swimming pool (which can be heated at extra cost) surrounded by an extended sun terrace and landscaped gardens.

On the second level is the main house with 2 further twin/double en-suite bedrooms and a 2 bedroom family suite sharing a bathroom and private terrace. There is also a comfortable lounge, inside and outside dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are further gardens on this level and a large open sun terrace with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The layout and space of the villa is ideal for groups as it offers privacy as well as large communal areas. Mod cons including air conditioning in all bedrooms, TV in the lounge and games room, wireless broadband, table tennis,and a video games console, will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Suzanne and Sam (the owner) a message.

If Suzanne and Sam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
