From the owner

Villa Oleander situated in the Gommar area on a quiet road within 5 minutes walk of the nearest restaurant across from which is a small supermarket and 2 bar/restaurants. The beach is a 10 minute walk away with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars along the way. The Pine Walk is a 15/20 minute walk along the seafront. There are various bus stops within 5 minutes walk. Whilst a car can be useful to visit tourist attractions and the wonderful surrounding countryside it isn't necessary.

Leading from the downstairs entrance halil there is a bedroom, shower room, lovely living room and dining area, dining kitchen, fully equipped and a separate large utility room.

The living room and dining room opens on to large terraces and large secure garden with private pool.

The pool is 8m x 4m with roman steps.

Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, two en-suite, one family bathroom and all have marvellous large sunny balconies. One en-suite bedroom has access to two balconies one of which is private.

There is UK Freeview TV, DVD player, stereo system and also UK Freeview TV in two of the bedrooms. This light and airy villa has heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge area.

Cots (2), Highchairs (2), stair gates (2), bed guards (3), Baby Bath, Trainer Seat etc available. Basketball/badminton available. Selection of dvd's, cd's and books. 1 Hairdryer in each bedroom. Shopping Trolley. Gas BBQ. Smoke Detector, safe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roger (the owner) a message.

If Roger (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
