The villa is located in the Jardins da Branqueira just 5 minute drive from the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With four double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

ENTRANCE HALL

LOUNGE

Spacious lounge dining room 39m2,with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 8 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with Edesa appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 4 bedrooms in which two are on suite. Two bedrooms with king size beds and two bedrooms with two single beds.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, a DVD player, CD player with radio and Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms have king size beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

8 chairs table and clothes airer.

POOL

Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade. Security guard rail provided if necessary to prevent children from going into the pool, with no extra charge.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry you did not read the listing which mentioned in various places that the use of the air conditioning was charged extra if you would like to make use of it. Guests decide whilst they are here. If they decide to use it pay extra if not no extra is requested. At the time the only extra charged was the use of the air conditioning. In your case you decided not to have this extra so the remote were not left to use and this explains why you did not find them. Regarding noise level in the other surrounding properties, and as you may understand we are not responsible for and we can not control. It would make more sense in the future, instead of stating this in the review you should contact your rentals manager and explain that you were being disturbed and we would take action immediately and contact the owner or the person responsible for that property to advise to keep the noise down. No one has the right to disturbe anyone. The times we spoke while on your holidays you never mentioned about any noise. This we can not help. Please in the future reach out and we are glad the help and solve any issue during your stay. Also guests should read the whole listing for any important information regarding extra charges for extra services. Information: ALL our quotes now have the air conditioning included and we do not charge extras. This has changed from 2022. Thanks for your thoughts.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nuno (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
