CHECK AVAILBITLY CALENDA FOR THE LATEST DATES.A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in secure gardened grounds. It is an end apartment on the 5th Floor with a large balcony and patio table. With UK SKY TV and WI-FI. The Apartment has a stunning views, looking out to sea and on to a protected hill and down in to Benidorm. The Local beach is just 0.5 km walk to the Cala Which is a beautiful bay surrounded by shops and restaurants, Benidorm will take just 10 minutes by Bus or Car and you are in easy reach of all supermarkets, shopping centres, Theme Parks and Golf Courses.The Costa Blanca is just a delight with a fantast micro climate all year round. The region has a mild climate with average winter temperature of about 18.7C (53F) degrees, and an average summer temperature of around 31.7C (91F). With miles of golden beaches and warm clear water. Up in the nearby mountains are lots of green fertile valleys with many charming and quaint Mediterranean villages. This holiday can be as relaxing or energetic as you wish.The apartment is a very comfortable property with fantastic views of Benidorm, the hills, beaches and much more. Benefiting from everything you would expect. SKY TV, DVD, Washing Machine, Microwave, Cooker, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge Freezer, Build in wardrobes, and a fantastic balcony.

Pool Open from 1st June to End of September each year, however the beach is wonderful as well at the bottom of the bay.

Brilliant flat, well equiped with everything you'll ever need for a great wee break, close to Beach, Resturants and Bars. Public transport is also avalible on the doorstep

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
