Comfortably accommodating 8 people plus baby cot in villa and finished to a luxurious specification, the villa boast 3 double sized bedroom - all with sliding patio doors & built in wardrobes (master bedroom with ensuite bathroom) - and a second bathroom. cot available in the master bedroom. Large open plan sunny lounge and kitchen and dinning room with double glazed windows & patio doors to all aspects, giving panoramic views and leading out onto the large terraced areas. The fully equipped open plan kitchen has everything you need including fridge/freezer, oven & hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave The lounge has a TV for DVDS & CD player only, and is comfortably furnished with a three piece lounge suite bed settee, dining table & chairs. .

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of your rental price secures your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival, together with a £150 security bond, this will be returned to you less electricity and water cost and subject to any losses or damage within 2 weeks of your departure The electricity is expensive and water scares in Cyprus and should be used with care . Air con is in the master bedroom and living room/ and should be used sparingly and only put on when doors are closed to get maximum effect. All rooms have stand alone fans that can be used anywhere in the villa. Hire's should ensure that they are adequately insured prior to the commencement of their stay. Pool areas are dangerous and can become slippy when wet. Neither the agents or the owners can be held liable for activities and accidents in and around the pool. It is the responsibility of hirers to ensure that children are adequately supervised in the villa, garden terrace, patio and pool areas at all times

Master Bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom and its own balcony overlooking the pool with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The 2 downstairs bedrooms with a shared bathroom also have their own balcony. Bed linen, towels and throws, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

Beautifull villa with views over looking the Mediterranean Sea, the villa and garden is completley walled with no passing traffic. Here you can relax in the sun on the loungers with umbrella's provided along with air beds for your private pool. There is a fixed stone BBQ next to the beautiful marble table on the patio area. If you fancy a change from dipping into the pool there is a small beach only a few minutes walk from the villa and is suitable for snokeling. You don't have to go far for an evening out as there is many restaurant with entertainment within a short waking distance but will not disturb the tranquillity of your villa.

Many restaurants in the area offer free taxi service . There is an information booklet in villa with activities/restaurants in the immediate area and nearby surroundings.

The key for the villa is in a key box at the front door. Once your booking has been confirmed and full payment made. I will send the code for the box. This means you do not have to carry keys around with you as one key is suitable for anyone wishing to visit the villa at different time of the day or night. The villa is situated in a cult-sack so there is no passing traffic and very safe for small children as it is surrounded by stone wall with front gate. I am able to help you with information for your flight details and transfer from the airport and car hire. There is a very private beech on sight and is not visible from the main road. It can be reached by only a short distance away using the stone steps provided.

Thank you for mentioning the co-operation of the local restaurants as they are an important part of the experience of this holiday and make it much more enjoyable for the visitors knowing they are given a free taxi service. Its better coming from someone who has experienced it than from myself as although I feel this is a great place to have a family holiday the visitor is the best person to confirm it. Hi Teresa Thank you for your review of my villa and am pleased you enjoyed your stay and to say sorry for the couple of teething problems you encountered while you were there, which have now been resolved. . Thank you also for mentioning my villa next door which you visited on a couple of occasions and to say a very big thanks for offering to fix my blinds which were damaged by the previous visitor. You are unique as have not met a visitors who has offered such a service as you did. Apart from the furniture and the garden the villas are identical and both cleaned by the same company to a very good standard . . If you decide to book for next year I will accommodate your TV craving . The problem is you have to pay for the year even when no one is there There is so much to do and see in Cyprus that you definitely need a second visit, as you say the view from both villas of the Mediterranean are stunning and I feel are worth coming back for, so hope to see you again next year. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dory (the owner) a message.

If Dory (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
