From the owner

Villa Rose is ideally located close to the centre of Uzumlu village. This spacious villa comprises 7 bedrooms with additional 3 rooms available on request. There is also air conditioning, private pool, spacious living/dining room and roof terrace. Villa Rose offers panoramic views across the beautiful valley.

Villa Rose is situated in the hills of Uzumlu, just a 3 minute walk from the heart of the Uzumlu village, where you are able to see the surrounding breathtaking views of the rambling Taurus mountain range and the Uzumlu valley.

On entering the Villa Rose entrance hall an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen and access to the terrace area where you will find a BBQ for entertaining, a large pool area where you can soak up the sun on sun loungers, take shade under umbrellas or swim in the private swimming pool.

Going through the double doors from the hallway you will be taken to the lounge with feature fireplace, flat screen television, 4 sofas and a dining table which seats 8 people. From here there is access to the terrace area with another dining area with bamboo table and chairs for eating outside at breakfast or evening time, overlooking the mountains and the Uzumlu valley and access to the swimming pool.

The first floor has a master bedroom with a king sized four poster wrought iron bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed in the second bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Third bedroom has a double bed. All these rooms have air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Family bathroom also on first floor.

The top floor provides a further 3 bedrooms. It has a large double bedroom which also sleeps two single beds -- with air conditioning and leads to a hidden sun terrace. On the same floor there are two single bedrooms.

The ground floor and first floor are laid with local marble throughout, the furniture in most rooms are of pine and hand made. Shower rooms can be found on all floors.

A further three bedrooms are available upon request in the lower ground floor. This would increase the capacity of the villa to 17 persons. Extra charge applies.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
