Nestling amidst olive groves on edge of this pretty pueblo blanco set in the foothills of the Grazelema Natural Park. 'Las Tres Fuentes', The Three Fountains, is a stunning three storey house designed and built in an elegant Andalucian style to the highest standards. Surrounded by breathtaking views of the countryside and mountains it is a wonderful oasis in which to relax or as a base for activities, including walking, horse riding, caving, climbing, bird watching, painting etc. Only a short stroll into the village square, where you will find a bakery, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, bars, and other day to day necessities. The beautiful historic town of Ronda is 15 minutes by car. Our agent is based in the village.

Access through the colonnades to beautiful pool, terrace, sun beds, parasols, BBQ, and pergola within courtyard area to the rear of house. First floor, terrace with tables and seating for 8 people. Second floor, roof terrace leading from tower with 4 sun beds. Lighting provided in pool and all outside areas. The colonnades and terraces provide perfect places to relax with a good book and cool glass of wine.

Coast/Beach
Costa del Sol with many sandy beaches, Marbella, Puerto Banus approx 1hour. Costa de la Luz approx. 1 hour 30 mins. Good sandy beaches on Atlantic coast including the famous wind surfing Tarifa.

Golf
Many golf course approx one hour from house in and around Marbella area. Also a course at Antequera (30mins approx).

There are many opportunities for walking, bird watching, horse riding, climbing, pot holing, cycling or even hot air ballooning. The surrounding countryside and wonderful light provides an ideal backdrop for painting.

Travel
Airports: - Malaga (1 1/2hrs), Seville (1 1/2hrs), Jerez (1hr). and a little further Gibraltar. Car hire essential, we can help with hire car recommendations.

Distances
Ideally situated to explore other pretty pueblo blancos, towns and cities by car. Sevilla, Málaga, Jerez, Cádiz and Arcos de la Frontera, under 1hour 30 min. Ronda has many wonderful bars, restaurants ranging from simple tapas to Michelin star, shops and the famous bullring and gorge. Locally, in Benaojan you can visit the Cueva de la Pileta; these are caves with prehistoric paintings. The Roman amphitheatre at Acinipo the wonderful Grazalema Natural Park and Zahara lake are well worth a visit.

Fresh bread, meat, fish, fruit and other provisions are available in the village shops. ATM machines, two banks and pharmacy. There are restaurants serving regional specialties and several bars where you can sample tapas. Ronda has many good shops including several supermarkets.

Why can't I call Roz (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roz (the owner) a message.

If Roz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
