From the owner

A lovely holiday villa which is perfect for families and small groups. It is located in a small quiet and peaceful urbanisation of 12 villas just outside the village of Calonge and less than 4 km from one of the gorgeous beaches of the Costa Brava. Several golf courses and walking trails are close by, and the local Spanish markets are easily accessed. Supermarkets and a variety of restaurants are within easy reach.

There is a stylish open plan living/dining room with a sitting area, Sat-TV (English programs), a DVD/CD player and an open fire place. There is also a good sized dining table and french doors leading out to the terrace, garden and private swimming pool. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and a full range of kitchen equipment. A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are located in the garage. On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms(1 king and 2 twins), all with air-conditioning and plenty of built-in wardrobes. A baby cot is available. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath/shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. A third bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet is located on the ground floor.

The covered terrace is great for enjoying meals outside whilst being shaded from the midday sun. The private swimming pool is a decent size 8 x 3 m, and the shallow end is perfect for children. The pool is almost 2 metres deep at the deep end. Pool inflatables are available to add to the fun of the pool.Plenty of garden furniture, sunbeds and a gas BBQ are provided for your enjoyment.

On your departure, the villa should be left in a reasonably clean condition and all rubbish must be disposed of and not left in the villa.
The gas barbecue must also be cleaned before you depart.
A refundable cash deposit of €250 to cover loss of keys, excessive cleaning or noise, breakages and damage must be paid directly to the property manager on arrival in exchange for the villa keys. The deposit, less any deductions if necessary, will be returned on your departure.

Good location. Ideal family holiday villa with own pool. Close to local supermarkets, beach and other sightseeing attractions. Had a relaxing week with good weather. Very nice accommodation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
