Le Sanctuaire is an old building consisting of three floors covering 400 m2 fully equipped with all mod-cons. There is free WiFi throughout the property including the extensive terrace area. There is ample parking in the front. Each floor has a bathroom and toilet. There is sufficient bedding for 15 people plus 2 cots for small children.

In the rear of Le Sanctuaire is the spacious area (900 m2) which has a large terrace, landscaped garden, BBQ, heated swimming pool (11 x 4.5), private sunbathing area, Hot-tub , Sauna, and showers plus toilet.

Le Sanctuaire suites truly deliver a wonderful refuge from the stresses of life! Bright and cheerful, they marry old world charm to modern design, with beautiful oak beams perfectly contrasting with a light and airy contemporary look.

Outside you can unwind in the sauna, luxuriate in the outdoor hot tub or simply float in the heated salt water pool. (Exclusive use of all the amenities)

The Orchid (top floor), is fully air conditioned with three bedrooms which sleeps 7 people.

The Jasmin (middle floor) has two bedrooms with double beds. On his floor there is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a beautiful 30m2 balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combi-microwave, oven, four ring hob, kettle, coffee maker. The living area is equipped with Satellite TV and internet connection

The Tulip (left side of ground floor) has one bedroom with double bed with a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combi-microwave, oven, four ring hob, kettle, coffee maker. The living/dining area is spacious 60m2 and has Satellite TV and internet connections. There is a pull out bed in this area.

The Chestnut lounge (right side of ground floor) is a beautifully decorated chill area. There is a sound system and a wine/soft drinks cooler located in the lounge. Leading off the lounge is the gym area with exercise equipment. The gym is also accessible via the garden.

There is a separate laundry room with free washing machines. You can also find bicycles and other sports equipment here. Opposite the laundry area is the games room with a pool table and games console. The games area also has a fridge and is equipped with a separate toilet.

How do damage deposits work?

If Redmond (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
