Rent our whole farm for your family celebration or chilled hen do.

If you hire all the cottages then you have sole use of the facilities. Indoor spaces include, The Garden Room, a spacious dining room that can seat around 20 guests with WiFi. A guest office also with WiFi.

Not to mention a yoga barn space for massage treatments and yoga sessions. There is a Games Barn and Health Suite with an indoor spa and sauna Outdoor group spaces include a courtyard garden, and outter courtyard that includes the car park and olde threshing barn (by used by arrangement) . And outdoor kids play area, Meadows with lakes and Orchard. And the main house has an outdoor spa overlooking the meadow and lake.

On-site activities include Trout and Coarse fishing and onsite Canadian canoeing with instructor.

Mountain bikes are also for hire to explore our Devon lanes and woodland if your game. And a meadow in front of the main house for outdoor games.

Not to mention a yoga barn space for massage treatments and yoga sessions. Plus for additional space there is a little camp site in the orchard.

Prices reflect booking all 3 cottages .. If you are a smaller group then 17 reduction in prices maybe possible if you didn't require all 3 properties.

Catering can be arranged as well as any activities required such as Archery to bouncy castles etc ..

We have over 500 acres of farm and woodland to roam, private Devon lanes and tracks to explore and cycle, with private coarse and fly fishing lakes.

Canoeing session with qualified instructor, by arrangement.
