From the owner

The apartment is in a medieval court of 15th century totally restored and modernized situated in the historical centre of Sermoneta. You can reach the Castle by walk in two minutes and you can park your car in front of the court.

The apartment is spacious and elegant, about 90 mq, has two refined and comfortable bedrooms each with modern bathrooms with toilet, bidet and shower, a living room/dining room with tv, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large terrace offers spectacular views over the plain, out to the sea. There are table and chairs for outdoor dining, a highlight of the laid-back Italian life-style.

Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, always sunny, this is a wonderful opportunity to have a real family holiday, long walks through the Caetani's Castle and the Ninfa Gardens or through the Abbey of Valvisciolo, or just relaxing in a restaurant with delicious local wine.

Alternatively you could spend the day at the famous beaches of Sabaudia, Sperlonga and San Felice Circeo (30 minutes by car) or have a beautiful day in Rome (30 minutes by train) or in one wineyard of the region and then enjoy the evening back in the stone court.

Finally (suggested for children) we are just 40 km drive from the amusement park “The Magic Rainbow” in Valmontone.

We are pleased to remember that “Le camere pinte” is mentioned in “Bell'Italia” the first Italian holiday magazine.

Soltanto ieri un cliente (reale) mi ha fatto notare questa recensione. Ho appena chiesto allo staff di Tripadvisor di far rimuovere questa review perchè è falsa. Il signor "Superfutur" non è mai stato mio ospite e quelle foto non sono foto del mio appartamento. Non ho quelle ceramiche nei bagni, non è la mia struttura. Oltre questo, volendo ragionare per assurdo, a Sermoneta c'è un rigoroso, virtuoso ed efficiente sistema di raccolta differenziata giornaliero, dunque non vedo perchè un qualsiasi host di Sermoneta dovrebbe chiedere ad un cliente di "caricare l'immondizia in macchina e portarla (addirittura) in un Paese vicino" (e prendere una multa)... la mia struttura, gentile signor "Superfutur" si chiama "le camere pinte" e la invito a soggiornarci REALMENTE per notare come la pulizia degli ambienti e la disponibilità verso i clienti sono i nostri fiori all'occhiello... non abbiamo sedie "marce" e se un cliente ci chiede di cambiare o sostituire qualcosa, è nostro dovere assecondarlo... controlli che non abbia recensito una struttura diversa se riceve questa risposta per favore...per me questo è lavoro, non un gioco...

Why can't I call Marco (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marco (the owner) a message.

If Marco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
