D&D house is a newly renovated house, meticulously decorated.

The first floor has an open floor plan with a lovely eat-in kitchen.

The decor is soothing white with tiled floors and new appliances and a flat screen tv.

The white them continues up the stone steps to the second floor where two beautiful bedrooms await you.

One bedroom offers a double and the second, two twin beds. There is a newly renovated full bath on this level.

The master suite is located on the third floor. White themed as well, with a double bed and a full, renovated bath.

The third level also boasts an incredible terrace with stunning views of the Adriatic.

The house also offers a wood grill, wifi, satelite tv and air conditioning.

This is a one-of-a-kind property.

The Island of CIOVO is connected by two bridges. It is a beautiful area to explore. There are beautiful areas to swim, jogging paths,lush pine and olive trees. Local restaurants offer fantastic, fresh caught seafood.

Nearby Rudej beach is the perfect pristine beach to swim, relax and bring the kids to. The clear blue water of the Adriatic await!

The bus line to the City of Trogir is located 100m from the house. There is also a boat line to Trogir ( available during July/August) , which is a five minute walk. The nearby airport is just 20 min away by car.

A grocery store is situated close by, at 200m, a children's playground at 100m, and the beach is less than a five minute walk.

Beautiful House, with a really nice host. The Location ist perfect, many different beaches on the island and with the boat you are in 15minutes in trogir, IT goes every half hour.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zvonimir (the owner) a message.

If Zvonimir (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
