This fully air-conditioned, architect designed, contemporary villa with breathtaking sea views from every room, has been built with indulgent luxury in mind.

5 bedroom, all ensuite, all with sea views which include:

3 large master suites with superking size beds, dressing rooms, large balconies, en-suite shower rooms and free standing baths

2 further bedrooms (one kingsize and one twin room) both with ensuites and balconies.

The largest suite takes over the whole of the top floor which has a wall of glass and doors leading to a private terrace with large double sunbed with privacy curtains. The second suite is on the 1st floor also to include a large balcony with furniture. The third, on the lower floor is a family suite suitable for two adults and two children (on a sofa bed). Maximum occupancy 10 adults and 2 children under 12. This leads out to a large terrace area and the children's pool with pool and table tennis facilities.

Modern, fully equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Large gym, fully equipped with large jacuzzi.

There are TVs throughout the villa plus a TV with sky and a PlayStation 3 in the lounge area.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Outside:

2 pools, one large infinity and one small children pool,

BBQ and large terraces surrounding the villa and pools,

HEATED POOLS in the cooler months. Perfect for those earlier and later season months when the weather is hot but the pools would be cold!
