Modern detached 5 bedroom villa

This large modern detached villa is fully air conditioned it has 5 bedrooms( 2 queen beds 1 full size double) and (2x twin bedrooms) . The private heated(electric)

swimming pool is fully screened. There's a big patio area large new table with six chairs plus sun-loungers and its not overlooked from the rear. The pool is larger than average! The villa has tv/dvd(blu/ray in all bedrooms. free use of sat/nav free use of safe free use of bbq and baby high/chair free calls to anywhere in America, Canada, the uk and most of europe. Bring your laptop as there's free wireless internet/plug in broadband. There's also a fully fitted kitchen and a games room with foosball, tabletennis, turbo airhockey, electronic darts, 8x4ft pooltable and more.The main living area has massive ceilings so as to keep the house nice and cool in the florida heat. There is a laundry room with separate washer and dryer also with iron and board. It is situated just off the us27 close to walmart and publix for all your daily shopping requirements. It was built especially in that area, close to all the major attractions. a PGA golf course is just one minute away. The villa is in Manors North which is a prestigious private estate and can only be entered via (ELECTRONIC GATES) so it is safe and quiet.

There's also a playstation 2/ plus xbox with lots of young kiddies games plus foosball table . table tennis. air hockey and a 8ft x 4ft pooltable. to keep them happy and 2 buggy/strollers for your use.There's also a car seat.2 x booster seats high chair . Safety stair gate and childrens pool toys. free use of safe and sat nav the down stairs shower has disabled folding chair with grab rails. There are lots of clean pool towels and pool toys

Done it again, Awesome stay!

My family enjoyed this home. The pool was good. The kitchen fully equipped, as I remembered. Looking forward to stay again. Will be booking soon for next summer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
