From the owner

Our traditional Dubrovnik stone house has been built at the beginning of the 19th century. It is located in a very nice area in the immediate vicinity of the historical City of Dubrovnik. A pleasant 5 minutes walk will take you to Old Town Dubrovnik. Nearness of the Old Town of Dubrovnik enables you to visit many cultural and other activities held or simply enjoy everyday exhibitions, museums, monuments, restaurants cafe bars at any time you wish. The house is situated near the Inter university Centre and International Centre of Croatian University.

The apartment – A2 consists of bedroom for two, living room adjoined with kitchen and bathroom (shower). The living room has a sofa bed for two, a table for four people, as well as a TV, SAT, free WI-FI, air conditioner and etc. Apartment A2 has 32 square meters. Patio doors opens onto a terrace, which can be floodlit at night. Terrace has been used for two apartments. The apartment also has a private balcony. Both apartments are set in the grounds of our house.

This is a family owned house for several generations but all spaces have been renovated and modern designed. Beautiful Mediterranean garden and stone built terraces provides relaxing atmosphere while enjoying beautiful view of sea and parts of the Old Town. The house is accessed by steps from the Old Town, making it therefore not very suitable for persons with walking difficulties.

Why can't I call Jadranka (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jadranka (the owner) a message.

If Jadranka (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
