This luxury apartment is located on the Roda Golf and Beach Resort at Los Alcazares. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with marble floors and air-conditioning throughout and central heating for the cooler months. It has a large west facing terrace with mountain views and is just a few minutes' walk from the stunning club house and award winning golf course. FREE WI-FI included throughout the year.

The resort is a five minute drive from the Mar Menor, a salt water lagoon separated from the Mediterranean by the La Manga strip. The beaches are sandy and flat, with the lagoon being shallow and perfect for water sports. A short ferry ride on the Mar Menor brings guests to Roda's private beach resort. The beach club has a restaurant and bar, supervised swimming pool with Jacuzzi, solarium and changing rooms with lockers.

Our property managers - Maggie and Dennis of Roda FM - will meet and greet you and ensure you are settled in quickly to the apartment. They are based on-site at Roda and can provide airport transfers, hire of cars, baby equipment and DVDs as well as a vast amount of local information and advice.

They can do airport transfers to and from San Javier/Murcia Airport (MJV) for €12 each way (up to five people) and Alicante Airport for €70 each way (up to four people). They also supply car hire from €25 per day and this can be done by the day or by the week.

If you are arriving very early or late, a welcome pack may be useful. Standard welcome packs can be provided for €15 and include: tea, coffee, 1ltr milk, sugar, 1ltr orange juice, 1.5ltr water, bread, butter, marmalade and biscuits. Deluxe packs are available at €20 and include the above items plus a bottle each of red and white wine.

Towels (including beach towels) and linen are included. The property will be cleaned before and after rental and this is all included in the rental rates. For two week rentals, mid-week cleaning and linen change is available at an additional charge and can be arranged directly with Dennis and Maggie.

The apartment is located in Phase 2, Block 42.

The apartment comes with FREE WI-FI so you can stay in touch and get online whenever you need to.

It is suitable for small children as it's on the first floor with a fully-enclosed terrace and all windows have security locks and shutters. One of the many children's play areas is visible from the balcony. A travel cot, baby walker, bath support, food blender, sterilizer and baby swim vests are also provided for your use. Also available are two car seats.

The kitchen is very well equipped including a cool bag, picnic blanket, plastic glasses and cutlery provided for picnics by the pool or on the beach. A wide selection of books, DVDs and games are also available for your use.

The apartment has a large, fully enclosed west-facing terrace with mountain views. Sun chairs, loungers, parasol and beach toys are available to take to the pool or the beach.

There is a choice of three communal pools adjacent to the apartment, all set in maturing gardens. There are also a number of children's play areas throughout the resort as well as tennis and basket ball courts. There are pleasant walking and cycling routes and full details are available of all other local activities.

The apartment is a short walk to the Club House which has an excellent restaurant, bar and wi-fi.

The resort has a well-stocked mini-market selling fresh bread, English and Irish newspapers and most daily essentials as well as a lending library for books and DVDs. The closest supermarkets (Lidl and Consum) are less than 1 km away - a short car journey or approximately a 10-15 minute walk.

There is an accessible private lift from the secure underground car park and from the ground floor. Roda Golf has designed the entire complex to be quite wheelchair friendly with a network of concrete ramps connecting the different areas of the resort.

The resort also has a gym situated next to the mini-market.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dawn (the owner) a message.

If Dawn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
