From the owner

This splendid house is set on a 3 ha property. Panoramic views are magnificent and the picturesque white village of Gaucín is 2 km away. This is the perfect location for holidays with family or friends.

The villa is new and tastefully decorated. It is spacious, with light tones and abundant natural light. On the ground floor, you’ll find a huge living room with open fireplace, large picture windows opening onto the terrace featuring a lounge, a barbecue and another open fireplace. Close by, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a sizeable dining room and a breakfast terrace equipped with yet another table and 6 chairs under a lovely gazebo. On the other side of the living room, there are 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own private terrace featuring views over the mountains.

On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with games TV, a children’s bedroom with 3 bunk beds a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, this 3 bedrooms are not ensuite and use the bathroom of the master bedroom or the toilet downstairs.

The right-wing of the house is entirely occupied by the main bedroom and its en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi, an independent shower and a dressing room. This wonderful bedroom fitted with a four-poster bed has its own terrace with panoramic views.

Floor - 1: 3 double bedrooms, one ensuite with shower and the other 2, share 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. The heated indoor swimming pool with large sliding windows opening onto the terrace with sun lounges is situated on the same level, the pool can be locked with a key for children's security.

This villa features all possible mod cons: home automation, aircon, heating and internet. It’s possible to call in a cook or a nanny. Weekly cleaning service is included.

Why can't I call Zorro Enterprises (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Zorro Enterprises (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zorro Enterprises (the owner) a message.

If Zorro Enterprises (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
