From the manager

Villa José 2 is located in the countryside at a short distance from the road on an excellent location, in the middle of almond and olive trees. It has magnificent views of the countryside and the mountains. It is a house with a beautiful heated swimming pool (extra cost) and terraces with shade to enjoy eating outdoors. There is also a summer kitchen on the terrace. All with fantastic views. The house is very well equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 additional bedrooms are in an attached apartment which has a separate entrance approximately 10 metres from the front door of the main house.

Airconditioning is available on a pay as you go basis.

There's WIFI and a pellet stove and for fresher Winter evenings

Please note that pool heating is available all year but subjected to weather conditions.

One dog can be allowed after consultation and there is an extra cost to be paid.

All our villa’s are situated in wonderful natural environment and quiet village areas. Therefore these houses are ideal for holidays for families and groups who are looking for these characteristics and appreciate them. So please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy party holidays.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is a 30-minute drive. It has an attractive beach and seafront where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.

Pedregalejo, 5 km west of the Centre of Malaga, is another beach and promenade with numerous bars and restaurants.

Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Mediterranean is 1 hour away and is a beautiful drive.

The village of Comares, the most beautiful white village in the Axarquia is stunning. It is 5 minutes by car, from the villa and has bars, banks, shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and doctor. There are more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is a 5-minute walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is about an hour drive from the House. You can also visit Granada ( Alhambra) in 90 minutes. The House is ideal for visiting other parts of Andalusia, Cordoba (Mezquita), Seville and Ronda. This area of the South of Spain has the best climate in Europe with good temperatures all year.

The age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

Events/parties are not allowed at this villa.

-Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove. Electricity is charged at 0.35€/Kw.

It is possible to rent the villa monthly from January to March.

Cost of the heated pool: €190 per week.

Air conditioning cost: 30 euros by week is in place for your arrival, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature that you set. Please be aware that air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
