A tranquil and spacious country home, privately situated in five acres of olive groves, with almonds, figs, pomegranates and pears in season. Uniquely and beautifully furnished in a relaxed mediterranean style.

Ideal for three couples or a family group. Each of the three bedrooms have their own individual character and have there own large private bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is very well equipped with hi-spec appliances and dining table. The living room, kitchen and master bedroom, all have large glass doors that lead out on to the covered terrace, the ideal lounging and dining space during the hot summer months.

The (15m x 5m) private swimming pool fringed by the olive grove, is set in a wide terrace. After swimming, you may wish to retreat to the shaded pergola to relax or enjoy lunch from the BBQ.

Space, privacy and tranquility can be enjoyed in secluded areas around the house, within the surrounding olive grove and the walled herb garden. The large roof terrace is the perfect place to start your day with yoga or, a coffee and the ideal place to enjoy a drink before dinner.

The 15x5 meter swimming pool is set in the olive grove, it is surrounded by paved terracing, and has a bamboo shaded pergola for lounging and eating next to the BBQ.

It is possible to add an additional fold out single bed to bedroom 2 the Trullo bedroom, or to bedroom 3 the tiled bedroom. Bedroom 3 can be configured with a super king bed and an additional fold out single bed or as two single beds with the added fold out bed.

A cot may also be added to any of the three bedrooms.

If you enjoy cooking and want to appreciate the wonderful seasonal produce the region has to offer, (feel free to pick any figs, pears, almonds and pomegranates from our trees) the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a large Smeg stainless steel range cooker and in addition to the facilities listed above, a Nesspresso coffee maker, hand mixer and juice squeezer.

There is also the BBQ at the pergola by the pool.

Warning to parents: The swimming pool and the staircase to the roof of the property are left open with no barrier or fence, so please be vigilant and look after your children.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If ANGELA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
