The property is beachfront, and has  unobstructed spectacular sea views to The Mount - St. Michael's Mount - the beach and far reaching views over Mounts Bay – recently voted one of the most beautiful bays in the world - and the Lizard peninsular, from both inside, through the glass wall and picture windows and outside on the patio and balcony. Finished to the highest specification and fully loaded with quality appliances, a luxury bathroom with separate double rain power shower and Jacuzzi bath, solid oak flooring through out, a full SKY HD package with sports & movies, BT Infinity internet with Wi-Fi, a Bose docking station, a Roberts internet radio and a 5ft four poster bed . The open plan living room with luxury fitted kitchen is the centre of the house and revolves around the stunning wall of glass looking directly at the iconic St Michael's Mount. It is within 4 minutes direct access to the Blue Flag beach, dunes, & amenities. Activities include fishing, swimming, sailing, surfing and kite-surfing, cycling, walking or rambling and bird watching at Marazion Marsh RSPB Reserve , visits to Historic houses and enchanting gardens. It is a perfect escape for a honeymoon, romantic long weekends, retirement and OAP short breaks. There is something for everyone. The inviting waves rhythmically land onto the expansive, soft sand beach, in a moon shaped World Heritage bay, with dramatic cliffs and heather  and the majestic and magical castle standing proud. What better way to soothe away the stresses and strains of everyday life, stirring contrasts of both, zen and peace into body, souls, mind and spirits.

We welcome small dogs, ONLY BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT, however there is a small weekly charge of £6 per night per canine guest.

We believe no family member should be left out of a holiday, especially our canine family members. All of our properties accept up to two canine guests, under 15kg, all that we ask is that pets are required to be well behaved and should be kept off all furniture. They cannot be left in your holiday home unattended at any time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simon (the owner) a message.

If Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
