Our Large luxury apartment, contemporary designed, high quality furniture is set on the ocean front with wonderful views down the coast in either directions. Recently totally renewed. Its available for year round holidays. Its air-conditioned. Flat screen TV. WIFI.

Quarteira is strategically located in the middle of the Algarve, you can easily visit the region from one end to another.

Just down stairs you are on a great tree lined promenade and glorious beach. Miles of great restaurants, coffee shops and a lot of evening entertainment. A bakery with hot bread all day is just downstairs to delight your breakfast. Supermarket just downstairs too.

A WOW! The best place to stay in Quarteira.

A walk down the promenade to the fish, fruit and vegetable markets is a must!

An evening, 30 min walk down the promenade towards Vilamoura takes you to its marina. Night life with bars and restaurants. Its also a must do!

My apartment has the best location for family holidays with kids!

The Aqua Show water park with the longest water roller-coaster in Europe is located 5 mins away.

Several Golf courses are within a 5 min drive.

Go to Zoo Marine and swim with the dolphins. About 20 mins drive and well worth a day visit.

UPPS! I was alomst forgetting my hometown! Loulé. Here you cant miss the saturday morning daylife. Two markets on one morning! The gipsy market. And the farmers market: in and outside the beutiful market hall on the beutifull main avenue "Avenida da República".

SHORT BOOKINGS - Are possible out of peak season with an extra charge of 50euros for cleaning. Beach towels can be provided under request with little extra charge. 5 euros per beach towel for your total stay. Changeover days are flexible subject to availability. Guests may gain access to property from 3pm on arrival days and must vacate property by 11am on departure days. (flexible if I dont have a check-out and a check-in on the same day) English speaking. 24 hour emergency number. Bedroom 1 has double bed, wardrobe with shelves. Leads to balcony with sea view and has a en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds, wardrobe with shelves. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. Bathrooms: 2 beautifully decorated bathroom. Both with easy walkin showers, with clean fresh towels. Kitchen: Big and beautifully decorated kitchen with contemporary style units. You will find everything you need for a home holiday. Living Room/ Lounge : Stylish living room with 2 comfortable sofas. Overlooking the sea. Relax on your sofa and see the espectacular sunsets. TV . Balcony - have a meal, a snack or simply read your favorite book while watching the views. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bath towels and bedlinen provided. Bed linen and towels changed by maid at begining and end of stay. Midweek change of towels and apartment freshen up by the maid under request. For a 10 night or over stay you have a FREE refresh of apartment at the middle of your holiday.High-chair and cot available.

The beach is fabulous and suitable for children. It is blue flag rated, clean and stretches for miles. There are many wonderful and reasonably priced sea front restaurants in both directions. There is over 1 mile, wide tree lined promenade for walking or cycling with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. You can hire sunbeds and parasols all along the beach. Some golf courses nearby all within a 5/10/15 minute drive. Apartment is close to a kids playground- 100m.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nolita (the owner) a message.

If Nolita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
