LUXURY, CONTEMPORARY APARTMENT in an exclusive development (Horizon View) built on the seafront of Westward Ho!

With relaxing sounds of the waves.To make the most of this spectacular exclusive location both living area and master bedroom have floor to ceiling length patio widows leading o to a large balcony with outside seating area. Stunning uninterrupted secluded views of Golden Bay and Picturesque Northam Burrows, Bideford Bay to distant and Lundy Island.

The Master king size Bedroom has ensuite with shower.

The second Bedroom has x 2 singles ( Can be made into a Super Kingsize on request) Wall Mounted Tv.

The property is suitable for elderly or infirm wheelchair friendly with wide corridors all on one level.

Family Bathroom with walk in shower, grab rail and shower stool available.

We provide a high chair cot if required.

You could not get any closer to the Sea! Golden Bay is right on your doorstep. Westward Ho! has most facilities, Children's amusements go kart track, arcades including the oldest golf club in England, surf lessons on the beach,offering lessons for beginners or if you just want to polish your technique.

A good selection of restaurants ad eateries,pubs, Fish and chip shop Pizza Parlours etc

Walk along the South West Coast path - which is just a stones throw away from the apartment.

Ideal for all ages who want to be next to the sea/on the beach combined with being able to relax

It is a blue flagged tidal beach around 2 miles long.

May and September there are two sets of life guards and big area of rock pools. Because the beach is so huge it never feels crowded.

GOLF

The Royal North Devon Golf Club, This is the oldest club 9 hole links course in England. Open to visitors it is said one of the friendliest, within walking distance and visible from the apartment.

THE VILLAGE

Westward Ho!, village is within a 3 minute easy walking distance and has a variety of grocery shops, bakeries family butchers, Tesco's, all located within the village center. There is a post office, hairdresser, Co op, pharmacy and hardware store and a wonderful Fish and Chip shop. Along the beach front there are souvenir shops, ice cream vans and shops and amusement parlours for your convenience. There are fantastic restaurants and good pubs in the area (please refer to the Good Pub Guide). Moran's a 2 minute walk excellent cuisine, Thai and English Menu. Along the Sea front, The Pier House restaurant boasting wonderful Views across the bay (Within walking distance)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Debbie (the owner) a message.

If Debbie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
