Pretty floral terrace with patio & BBQ. Only 6 miles from Saumur yet situated in a calm rural location. Good cycling and walking area with quiet country lanes and national forest close by. Riverside water parks with beaches are within easy reach. Nearby town 1.5 miles away with small supermarket, bakers, butcher, bars, hairdressers, restaurant, garage etc. Set in the heart of the Loire valley with the wine appellations of Bourgeuil, Chinon, Champigny & Saumur nearby.

This detached cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious and well furnished and have been tastefully decorated by the French owners. The lounge/diner offers a stylish and comfortable room to put your feet up after a day of exploring the many local attractions.

The house features a charming terrace set within a gravelled enclosed courtyard next to the house with table chairs and BBQ. There is generous selection of plants and flowers which provide a riot of colour making the area perfect for enjoying a refreshing apperitif.

Why can't I call Anne-marie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne-marie (the owner) a message.

If Anne-marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
