Disney tower villa is an ideal location for all the Disney parks and is just moments away from golf, fishing, shops and restaurants.

The villa is set in the tranquil grounds of Tower lake. With it's very own purpose built fishing pier, where our guest's can enjoy fishing or simply watch the numerous wildlife.

The villa has a host of amenities and activities for everyone to enjoy.

Five large comfy bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Spacious living and dining areas all luxuriously and tastefully furnished throughout.

One of the lovely features of our Florida villa is the imposing staircase as you enter and the beautiful lounge area that overlooks the pool. Here you can watch cable tv on our big screen, see a dvd or simply listen to the music system.

With the dining area also overlooking the pool, it makes a fantastic setting for family dining.

The open plan fully fitted kitchen, from the over sized American fridge freezer down to the children's themed tumblers, has everything imaginable for your convenience.

Enjoy our fully kitted out games and exercise room and to keep in touch with family and friends back home we have free wifi and free international telephone services for our guest's.

To complete our Florida villa is our lovely pool and patio. The fully screened extended heated swimming pool and spa with fiber optic lighting. Imagine swimming in your very own private pool or relaxing in a hot jacuzzi overlooking an area of greenery, tropical shrubs and trees. Patios with plants and luxury patio furniture. Covered lanai area to keep cool on those hot days or to make the most of its south facing position, extended decking has been created for sunbathing for those well deserved lazy sunny days.

The villa is ideal for family and friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay

Why can't I call Susan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Susan (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan (the owner) a message.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
