From the owner

Our 1866 artisan's cottage is in Faversham's conservation area close to the town centre with its old market square shops and numerous pubs and restaurants. It has been sympathetically modernised.

The cottage is less than 10 minutes walk from Faversham railway station which offers high speed rail links to London St Pancras via Stratford International and the Olympic Village as well as trains to other London termini Canterbury Whitstable and the Kent Coast. Buses to Canterbury and Whitstable stop two minutes walk from the house and access to the M2 motorway is about 1.5 miles away. '

Response from the owner
Thank you for your helpful comments. We're delighted that you were pleased with the welcome and enjoyed being close to Faversham. We did not know about the front gutters. Thank you for letting us know. Decor certainly does abrade over time as guests haul luggage in and out and we will be programming redecoration as booking pressures allow. The damp bath panel complained of will also be dealt with. This is simply a result of water dripping down from the shower screen when it is opened. The bathroom window is intended to lock slightly open for ventilation.
