Apple Trees is a delightful detached bungalow . Recently refurbished to a very high standard. The decor is tastefully co-ordinated giving a restful and stylish ambiance. Located on the South side of Holt it is a level 10 minute walk into town.

The comfortable accommodation at Apple Trees sleeps four comfortably and a further two on a sofa bed for occasional use. The accommodation all on one level is as follows : glazed porch ; wide hallways; double bedroom with king size bed, adjoining en-suite shower room; spacious twin bedroom adjacent to family bathroom (bed linen is provided please bring your own towels). Large bright and airy lounge/diner, south facing with patio doors opening onto the garden, a sofa bed provides occasional sleeping for two also a smart 4kTV with Netflix; large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, door to garden. A high chair and a travel cot with mattress is provided (please bring your own linen for this).

Apple Trees is situated in a very quiet residential cul-de-sac. The south facing enclosed garden is quite a suntrap. There are a few fruit trees in the garden plus a patio area, garden furniture and a BBQ.

We are now very pleased to include wifi for Internet at Apple Trees.

Enclosed south facing garden overlooking Holt Country Park. Mainly laid to lawn with a few fruit trees (apple and plum) patio area with dining table and chairs for six plus lounging furniture BBQ supplied.
Parking for one car on driveway, for a further car in garage, or outside property on road.

There is currently a construction project in the field behind Apple Trees. So far our next door neighbours haven't been disturbed by this. The work will come closer to the end of the garden. However in discussion with the site manager no heavy machinery will be used and it is not a 'noisy' site. I am happy to answer any questions regarding this and also send up to date photos.

Lovely cottage in a perfect location

Really enjoyed our stay. Used to visit family locally while still couldn’t stay in their houses. Had everything we needed and in a perfect location next to the county park. Lovely!
