Situated on the delightful "Old Village" development, BougainVilla has been completely refurbished, has beautiful oak furniture and comes fully equipped with all the comforts you will need. The property sleeps six adults, plus cot space if required. The new kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, and dishwasher. The lounge has a large comfy sofa, satellite TV and DVD, with a selection of films also colouring sheets & some games for children. The master bedroom is spacious with king size bed, en suite bathroom and ample storage for clothes. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The other two bedrooms are twins and share one large family bathroom. There is also a ground floor w.c

The roof terrace has a BBQ, pergola shaded table, chairs and 2 loungers, with breakfast bar overlooking gardens and Church Square and other fantastic views over the golf course and also towards the sea. The ground floor patio has BBQ, table and 6 chairs.

There are four separate air conditioning units (for the bedrooms and lounge) which both cool and heat, together with wood burning fire in the lounge, and underfloor heating throughout for winter guests.

The Old Village has three swimming pools, one of which is particularly suitable for children, and a children's play area. On site there are three restaurants, three café/bars and supermarket. The manicured grounds are beautifully maintained with picturesque walks around the development.

Vilamoura's fantastic marina and numerous restauants are about a 15 minute walk away, with Falesia beach continuing for several uninterrupted miles towards Albufeira. The old town of Quarteira with its numerous beach side cafes, fish and vegetable markets lies to the other side of the marina.
