.Suitable for families.Small childrens park nearby and small indoor play area nearby.

Not suitable for wheelchair users as apartment is on first floor, accessed by 12 steps.

. Consum supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

. All the amenities of lovely Torrevieja town i.e restaurants, theatre, cinema, beaches, markets and boutiques within walking distance.

. There is wifi at the apartment.

2. A portable air con unit is available upon request and may be hired for an extra £20 per week.

3. 20% deposit will be required to secure booking. Balance required 6 weeks before arrival.

5.Taxis can be arranged from Alicante airport and cost 45 euros each way.

Piso pequeño pero ideal para 4 personas. Al lado de la playa, buena zona, con piscina.... Y la propietaria y su agente en Torrevieja maravillosos. Repetiremos fijo.

I am so sorry that your stay was not quite as you expected. The apartment is in town so there will be some traffic noise but no noise from discos or pubs. The president does look after the upkeep of the pool carefully and so suncream or items of clothing other than swimsuits may not be worn in the pool. He may have been trying to tell you this. The window in the bedroom near the street will be double glazed in September.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mary (the owner) a message.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
