This semi-detached cottage is near to Malton in North Yorkshire and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.Grove Cottage is a semi-detached cottage attached to the owner's property just three miles from the North Yorkshire market town of Malton. The cottage has one double bedroom, one twin and a single, which with the addition of a family shower room, makes it suitable for five people. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a south facing enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a hot tub. With all of the North Yorkshire Moors to discover as well as the stunning coastline, Grove Cottage is bound to have something to please everyone.

Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, CD/radio. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop 2 mins walk, pub 2 miles.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The town of Malton has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers' markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent country for walkers and cyclists.
