Villa Silva is a modern villa, centrally located in Albufeira town to benefit from the many amenties and facilities that Albufeira and the Algarve have to offer.

Oura beach with its long sandy beach is ideal for those who enjoy water sports, sit in one of the many restaurants or cafes that line the coast or just lay out and enjoy the sun throughout the day.

Price includes full management service, check in and check out assistance, welcome pack upon arrival with wine.

Maid service upon arrival and we will supply you with towels and linen.

We can also assist on airport transfers and excursions whilst you are in the Algarve.

In order to process your booking we will require a 25% deposit with the remaining amount due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, paypal, or over the phone by credit/debit card.

Villa Silva is entered through a solid wooden door, taking you to a hallway with the main bedroom immediately to your right.

Main bedroom:

The main bedroom has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, 2 bedside tables with lamps, and ensuite shower facilites. There is an air conditioning unit located above the window.

As you go through the hallway there are 2 additional bedrooms directly ahead. Bedrooms 2 and 3

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and a fitted dressing table with mirror. With the air conditioning unit located above the window in the centre of the room. Bedroom 2 is located beside the main shower room which also shared with bedroom 4.

As you go past bedroom 2 you go to bedroom 3, this has twin beds, 2 bedside lockers, fitted wardrobed, dressing table with mirror, and ensuite bathroom facilities. The air conditioning unit is located above the window in the centre of the room.

On the left hand side of the hallway is the open plan living room, dining area and kitchen that look directly onto the Private pool and garden area.

The living room has heigh ceilings with 3 large sofas, coffee table, TV with Satellite Channels, and air conditioning unit located above the window in the centre of the room.

The internal dining area is located beside the kitchen with glass doors looking directly onto the pool.

The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher and washing machine, granite worktop, there are 2 windows looking directly to the swimming pool and garden.

Bedroom 4 is located just off the living room, with views onto the garden. This has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning located above the door leading into the room. There are glass sliding doors that lead out onto the garden and pool area.

The entire villa is tiled throughout.

We can provide Wif, pool and or table tennis table, cot, and highchair upon request for your stay

As you enter the gated entrance of the villa there is space to park 2 cars if required. (A car is not required). To the front of the villa there is a grass garden with plants and flowers.

As you walk past the area for the 2 parking spaces you are met by a private 8x4m swimming pool with sun loungers surrounding the pool for 8 to 10 people.

Beside the doors leading to the kitchen is the outside dining table for up to 10 people, and a BBQ.

To the side of the villa is a outdoor clothes line that can be used to dry clothes

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
