Clube Alvor Ria is a private apartments condominium located in the fishing village of Alvor. With its unique situation, in front of Alvor River Estuary the views over the harbour, dunes and sea are fantastic.

This spacious sunny and bright apartment facing south and west offers magnificant views over the sea, dunes and the Alvor harbour. With this solar orientation the amazing sunsets will give you a memorable stay. The extensive balconies, with direct access from both bedrooms have plenty of space for dining or sitting outside. To take the most of these balconies there's a wooden meals table to allow you to enjoy your breakfast or any meal while appreciating fantastic views and the good air.

This 2nd floor apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds (2mx1m) and an en-suite bathroom and the other with 2 identical twin beds. There is a 2nd bathroom with a shower cabin. The 2 bedrooms have a built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and chests of drawers. The living/dining room is quite spacious and it is furnished with 2 good sofas, cable TV with dozens of channels, a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all apliances that you may need as well with a comprehensive cooking utensils. Wi-fi is available and free.

The apartment has air conditioning all over - living/dining area and in the 2 bedrooms.

The condominium has an shared outdoor pool, a large sun-terrace with loungers, gardens and a secure exterior parking. It stays approx 5 min walking distance to the restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and to the beautiful Alvor’s long fine sandy beach. For golfers, the Alto Golf Country Club and Penina golf courses are 5 - 10 minute drive.

For hiking lovers there is a newly constructed boardwalk over the sand dunes/beach providing wonderful walks and a sports centre with tennis, basketball and public indoor swimming pool next to the complex.

Please note that the rental prices may vary depending how long is your stay, namely if your stay is for more than 7 days and less than 14 days. In these cases we may charge a fee for the linen and bath towels change. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

Why can't I call Jose (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jose (the owner) a message.

If Jose (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
