From the owner

Coopers Knowe House is the ideal holiday home for the extended family or group of friends who enjoy holidaying together but who also enjoy not being on top of everyone else the whole time. Benefiting from oodles of space, the house five double bedrooms, each with its own bath or shower room and with one of these bedrooms located on the ground, anyone who finds climbing stairs a challenge is also well catered for. The main sitting room benefits from a striking double-height ceiling and a wood burning stove and there are stunning views of the loch and the surrounding hills from all rooms. The house sits on its own private estate of some 60 acres. There is a pebble beach directly in front of the house and another with white sand a short walk away so you can take a dip whenever the mood takes you. Coopers Knowe House is located on the shores of Loch Ailort, approximately 30 miles from Fort William. The surrounding area offers great walking, a range of scenic excursions for the sea kayaking enthusiast as well as sea trout and mackerel fishing without the need to travel. Day trip options include Skye, the small isles of Rum, Eigg and Muck, a tour of the Ardnamurchan peninsular and for the Harry Potter fan a journey on the Jacobite Steam Train over the Glenfinnan viaduct . Within a short drive of the house there are a number of fantastic inns, restaurants and hotels providing good food ranging from traditional pub fare to fine dining.

If Patricia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
