Eagles Nest with luxury hot tub, is a large Grade II Listed Cottage offering generous accommodation for six people. It is situated in the heart of the Symondsbury Estate commanding outstanding views over the beautiful surrounding countryside. Eagles Nest offers seclusion yet is only 10 minutes away from the market town of Bridport and the beautiful Jurassic Coast.

We require a 25% deposit to secure the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before your stay. Bookings can be made via our website or telephone at present. Payments are accepted via BACS, Cheque, and Credit/Debit Cards. For weekend & mid week breaks please enquire on the telephone number given.

A spacious entrance hall leaves ample room for guests to leave their luggage, hang up their coats and can even be used for extra dining space when necessary.

The sitting room has a wood burning stove, comfy seating with a TV and French windows that lead outdoors onto the large terrace.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes an American fridge/freezer, large oven with hob, dishwasher and seating for 8 people. Again, French windows will lead onto the outside dining area.

The 3 large double bedrooms all have zip and link beds so our guests have the flexibility for either double or single beds. The white crisp bed linen and French painted furniture contribute to the overall feel of comfort and luxury. The bedrooms are very spacious and can accommodate a z bed and a cot if requested.

The 3 bathrooms have been luxuriously renovated. The 2 en-suites have power-showers, WC, heated towel rails and hand basins. The family bathroom has a large bath with an overhead power-shower.

The cottage also comes with a handy utility room equipped with laundry facilities and there is also a separate WC. WIFI and a telephone are available.

The large private garden is well fenced with a substantial lawn and patio area – perfect for outside dining with the gad barbeque in the summer months. There is also a hot tub so you can relax whilst enjoying your surroundings.

For the more energetic, we have converted one of the stables into a games room with table tennis and table football. There is also a trampoline in the garden for the younger members of your family.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
