It has everything you could wish for in a Villa, from a cool dip in the pool, relaxing in front of the TV, to enjoying a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. It is a single storey 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. The villa is big and has a large heated pool and spa. The home is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans to bedrooms, living room and covered lanai, and has all the modern appliances that you could hope for. It has a games room equipped with Pool table and Air Hockey table, which gives the children something to do whilst you might just want to relax. For those guests who need to keep in touch with work or home or simply want to check park times or local shopping, there is high wireless internet access available. Our aim is to provide everything a family needs to enjoy a fabulous holiday in Florida.

There is spaces for two cars to be parked out the front of the villa. No on street parking is allowed over night.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jean (the owner) a message.

If Jean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
