That is the reason this unique apartment is so well mantained, elegant and offers anything you could wish or need.

This 2 BR apartment offers you terrace, parking, wifi, cable tv with international tv channels, Smart TV, air conditioning-heating, dishwasher, washeing machine, dryer, and of course rain shower, hairdryer, towels, bed linen...everything is included.

(Beds:main bedroom kingsize bed 200x160cm, second bedroom double bed 200x140cm plus a single bed 190x80 I can add on demand at no cost, and two sofas, one of with is a sofa-bed double 200x140cm).

There is also a cot.

Besides the cot and high chair inside the apartment...

The apartment building has a shared garden with a very nice playground.

On the area, there are maybe 10 playground areas for small kids and toddlers in the 400 meters range (between 2 and 12 minutes walk).

In example, one in the shared garden belonging to the condominio, which you can take a look at from the terrace.

Also the beach promenade is ideal for biking/skating, with skate areas, and there is a bowling/playing area inside the shopping mall (and of course you will get the owner's advices on tons of other things to do in the city).

The area is the city center safest and better comunicated area (Diagonal Mar-Front Maritim), beachfront and with tons or restaurants/bars of all price ranges nearby (including the high school for cooking just in front), steps away from the beach (literally round the corner), with hop on-off bus 50 meters away, city bus even closer and metro (underground stop "Selva de Mar", line 4) only 3 blocks away, in same street. This means i.e. door to door to Cathedral metro i.e. stop takes 16-18 minutes. This means you rest in this not noisy and elegant, safer area, and get in the beach or Rambla Poblenou in a short walk (5 min. to the beach) and get in the rush of other centric areas in Barcelona in a few minutes!.

Bike rental and bus stop are same block, biggest shopping mall in Barcelona 12 minutes walking, and you find lovely spots like Rambla Poblenou or Plaça Prim in a short 15 minutes walk.

There is a big supermarket one block away, but another small supermarket/grocery shop is 25 meters away only.

You may wonder why this apartment has the best reviews in Barcelona:

It is simple: The owner, David, is a splendid Cicerone, he will meet you on arrival personally and take the necessary time (sometimes two or three hours if you are not tired!!) in explaining everything about the city, city surroundings, apartment area, restaurants, supermarkets, prepared food, where to go, how to buy tickets...Not only that, he even comes personally or send messages to check if you are ok during your stay, or need suplementary information. The service that the owner provides to his guests has been awarded the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence.

This 80 square m (900 sq ft) two bedroom and one bathroom apartment is decorated with the best pieces, and located at the Barcelona 21st century Front Marítim-Diagonal Mar Quarter, in an astonishing building designed by famous architect Ricardo Bofill.

It is remarkable that the area belongs to Barcelona city center, not like other listings, the neighbourhood is exclusive and the area is very safe.

The area, besides the lovely 'plaça prim barcelona', 'rambla poblenou', offers you museums like 'museu blau' or 'museu can framis', as well as the biggest shopping mall in the city 'Diagonal Mar', with a big 'Auchan' hipermarket inside, as well as all the shopping you might desire. The area combines contemporary design like 'torre agbar' or 'diagonal 00' buildings and classic architecture.

Where elegance meets contemporary, in front of the mediterranean: that would be the best way to define the Sea Elegance Barcelona Sea apartment.

You can feel the quality in each of the apartment details, with antiques coming from Barcelona, the Pyrenees, Germany and Morocco combined with design contemporary pieces.

The quality of the antiques and contemporary furniture , Smart TV, Cable TV with international channels, the Hi-Fi system with blueetooth (note that it is not allowed to play music or TV at high volume, to respect the neighbors rest), Blue-Ray, and a collection of DVD/CD that you can play during your stay, that no way can be found in any rental apartment, the charming terrace with garden and sea views, the high quality electrical installation with several independent lighting modes for a more relaxing ambientation, makes this apartment a unique piece in the Barcelona beach (please note that no loud music playing is allowed after 10:00h PM, this is a no partying apartment).

Inside the apartment there is babycot and child chair, a stokke bath tub.

The distribution room comes with a big wardrobe, and you find closets in each of the rooms.

Also in the living room you find two couches so that five people can seat relaxed while listening to the music or watching TV.

What comes with the apartment

The apartment is stocked with sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, toilet paper, shower gel, etc.

You will receive a complementary bottle of wine on arrival, water bottle (although tap water can be drunk), juice.

The kitchen comes with dining area, and as well you have a table in the dining room and in the terrace

Complete kitchen with dish washer machine, washing machine, independent dryer, toaster, juicer, kettle/boiler, microwave, oven, iron and board.

Everything is top-branded and made in aluminium.

You also have a study area in main room.

The building has also an elevator that comunicates the street and the garden with children playground with both the apartment and the parking.

How do damage deposits work?

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
