Beautiful detached property with 4 double bedrooms (master bedroom has a TV), 2 shower rooms, 2 living rooms (one upstairs with stunning sea views and one downstairs, both with flatscreen TVs, upstairs lounge has gas fire and downstairs living room has a wood burner) kitchen with breakfast bar, open plan dining room, utility room and secure garage for storing bicycles, golf clubs, surf boards, jet skis & wet suits etc. There is private parking for 3 cars at the front of the property.

The house had Wi-FI installed in April 2015.

All rooms are beautifully furnished and some benefit from panoramic sea views overlooking Portstewart Golf Club, Portstewart Strand beach, Castlerock and Donegal. This centrally located house also offers a large, enclosed patio/garden area with BBQ facilities and patio furniture.

The roof conversion provides a large, cosy lounge area with a gas fire, comfy sofas, plasma & free view Television, DVD player, CD player, ipod speakers and stunning sea views day and night. This makes this home from home a relaxing getaway all year around.

Other facilities include all kitchen essentials, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, iron & ironing board, bed linen, cot and travel cot, stair gates and high chair.

We ask that guests bring their own bath towels.

The location of the house is very central as it is only a 10 minute walk from the spectacular Portstewart Strand, Portstewart Links Golf Course and 5 minutes from the buzzing Portstewart Promenade with all of its bars, restaurants, cafes, shops & the children's park & pools in the popular Crescent.
