Misrah Simar is located in Qala, on Gozo, the smaller sister island of Malta. The quite and relax atmosphere that prevails can sometimes make one forget that it is situated just under a km away from the village main square with it's great pubs and restaurants. All the basic amenities are also located withing walking distance and the fact that a regular bus service runs through the village, to Victoria ( Gozo's capital town ) and Mgarr Harbour, with a bus stop just 200 mtrs away, makes Misrah Simar ideal. Even if you are planning to come to Gozo to dive, there is a diving school within a couple of minutes drive away !The apartment has been furnished with modern furniture which creates an excellent paradox with the limestone finished walls, so typical of Gozo. The terrace is facing the pool and sunbathing common area with awesome country views, and provide the ultimate relaxation mood to sit back and enjoy some typical Gozitan delicacy, flushed down with award winning wines from the local vineyards.A shallow children's pool and a deep pool , together with a jacuzzi are tucked away a few meters below the countryside level, providing an excellent sunbathing area, shielded from the Northwestern wind.

The apartment has all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable and more. Large LED Smart TV, Cable TV connection with several channels to suite all tastes and ages, CD and DVD player, washing machine, fridge / freezer, De Longhi coffee machine , food processor and juicer , washing machine, internet WIFI broadband access, ceiling fans in ALL rooms, highchair, a mini bar in the master bedroom, pool furniture and a beach parasol amongst others.

We also have a first aid kit in the living room.

All the rooms are equipped with air conditioners ( cooling and heating ) and linen, towels and shower gels are also included .

We have also just included a USB universal 10 port fast charge station for all your phones, tablets, cameras etc...conveniently placed in the living area. Travel light! No need for chargers. Bring only your USB cables.

Smoking is strictly prohibited INSIDE any room of the apartment but is allowed on the terrace. Kindly use the provided ashtray and care must be taken not to drop ash onto the patio of the apartment underneath.Pets are NOT allowed anywhere in the apartment or anywhere in the common parts of the complex.

Apartment 6 in Misrah Simar has been finished and furnished as our second home and not as a rental apartment. Thus we have gone through every detail to ensure that anyone staying there for either a short period or even for a longer term has all the facilities to make that stay as comfortable as possible.

Double glazed windows throughout the apartment, blackout roller blinds for late mornings risers, mosquito netting on all the apertures, electric heater in the bathroom , air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area , and Candy appliances throughout.

A safety deposit box for your valuables,tablets,laptops etc..is also included.

The axis of the apartment is actually the living area leading onto the terrace overlooking the pool area, Spacious and with a large leather L shaped sofa with a chaise long and with a large TV , DVD and cable TV decoder , it offers the right setting for relaxing and enjoying your deserved break.

A baby cot and a potty are also available .

The terrace is accessed from a large sliding door in the living area.The terrace has a retractable awning to provide shade from the early morning sun.Great for relaxing by day whilst enjoying the pool area atmosphere and the superb country views and excellent for an outdoor dinner in magical surroundings with near surreal silence.

Our guests will have access to all the apartment and can make use of the complex communal pools, jacuzzi and garden everyday. Guests will be greeted by us or by our representative who will explain everything about the apartment and its equipment. A WELCOME PACK is provided with our compliments on arrival. We personally phone our guests at least twice during their holiday to ensure that everything is to their satisfaction and also have access to our phone numbers all the time.
