The Nook - A romantic little hideaway, with mezzanine bedroom, kingsize bed, woodburning stove and private outdoor area.

A wonderfully romantic stone cottage, which was once the cart house and harness room for the working horses..

Nowadays The Nook utilises the original spaces with solid stone walls to provide a cosy snug and an open dining area. The Nook is sympathetically renovated which has a mezzanine style bedroom with a king size bed adorned with luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen..

When you walk through the front door, the snug is ahead with its woodburning stove, unique and attractive stained glass arrow-slit style windows..

The kitchen and dining room are open plan, exposing the double height high beamed ceiling giving a spacious and relaxing area to socialise in, whether cooking with a glass of wine in hand or enjoying a quiet night in. The Nook has views over the courtyard to the front or over the fields to the rear.

The fully equipped kitchen has a LPG cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave oven..

The additional snug is a favourite for those who wish to 'cwtch' up and unwind. A lovely woodburning stove (with free logs), perfect for warming up next to after walking along the beaches.

The Nook has a flat screen LCD TV, with freeview channels, DVD player, DAB radio and free wifi access..

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower attachment, basin and WC. Perfect to have a long soak after a long day exploring the area..

The main bedroom is set nestled under the original low beams. The headroom is restricted by the eaves which adds to it's romantic charm.Your bed and your sleep is priority at COASTAL WOOD HOLIDAYS, with a quality mattress and luxurious king size duck down mattress toppers to sink in to, all covered with Egyptian cotton bed linen. Once you are under the down duvets, you may find it hard to get back out..

Outside is a small seating area to the front and private seating area to the rear, ideal for al' fresco dining, having a glass of wine or simply listening to the birdsong.

Superb holiday destination !!

The location was excellent, the cottage everything ( and more) that we wanted. Our two dogs loved it and didn't want to leave and nor did we! Worth a visit !!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Lee Morgan (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lee Morgan (the owner) a message.

If Lee Morgan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
