This villa has a private pool , inside and outside jacuzzi plus a covered bar seating 12 . Perfect location as it’s private but very close to the centre and disabled friendly.

Free wifi and air conditioning The villa has had the input from a qualified interior designer and all rooms are decorated to the highest quality with original paintings and art work complementing the soft furnishings

There are 5 bedrooms all ensuite and a sixth basement room with wc and washbasin but no shower

Ground floor a double and twin with wet room ensuites basement has huge 2 metre 4 poster with ensuites jacuzzi and shower plus a smaller bedroom with wc and washbasin but no shower ( can have 2 single beds if needed and large basement lounge tv room with 50" sat HD tv and double bed settee.

First floor has two king size doubles with wet rooms ensuites and balcony overlooking the pool

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have3 or 4 wardrobes, bedside drawers and dressing tables. Basement bedroom 1(master suite)has an extra king size 4 poster bed, hand made turkish carpets with en suite jacuzzi bath and over bath shower. Ground floor bedroom 2 is a twin with disabled friendly ameneties in the en suite wet room. Bedroom 3 is a king size half poster bed with hand woven turkish carpet and en suite wet room. !st floor, bedroom 4 is in the eaves.It has a double bed and a large en suite wet room. Bedroom 5 has the most beautiful views of the mountain through the window from the elegant king size bed. It is a joy to watch the dawn break. There is a large en suite wet room.

Kitchen

The solid wood hand crafted kitchen is finished in a cream wood stain and a black granite work surface. It is fully fitted with an integral fridge, a further smaller under work top fridge and is very well equipped with cooking gadgets (slow cooker, fat free grill, coffee maker, whole fruit juicer) as well as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc It is open plan and integrates seamlessly with the decor of the dining area and living space. There are two washing machines in the basement and a large storage fridge freezer.

Living Rooms

The ground floor living room is open plan with 3 black quality leather settees looking out onto the dining table which is the same cream finish as the kitchen with granite inserts complimenting the kitchen decor. The huge basement has a remote electric fire ( not needed in summer but very cosy in winter!) with a 50" satellite TV and 3 large settees , one of which is a bed settee.

Other

The ground living area is a void with a walk way leading out onto a wrap around wood and wrought iron terrace. This terrace is just the best place to sit out in the evening, watching the sun go down over the mountain while sipping a cocktail.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Charles (the owner) a message.

If Charles (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
