2 BEDROOM APARTMENT: Casa Broggi is a lovely, bright and airy apartment in an architecturally-renowned palazzo located in the heart of Milan close to shops, cathedral, art galleries, parks and the business district. Sleeping up to four comfortably in two quiet bedrooms, one room with king bed and a larger second bedroom with two queen-size beds. Casa Broggi benefits from having a fully equipped separate kitchen and dining area for four. A sitting room with desk for those who need to work, accompanied with fast wifi, satellite TV and radio.There is a large family bathroom with shower cubical.

This popular property receives many repeat visits from previous happy guests.

For families travelling with children-Casa Broggi can provide everything and more. All supplied within the rental price. For younger children/babies..... a high chair, cot, baby bath. changing mat, children's crockery and cutlery can all be provided. A selection of books, board games, puzzles and toys can be found waiting.

Supermarket, pharmacy, Tuscan and Pugliese cuisine restaurants, gym and clothes boutiques are all within 5 minutes walk. Near to metro (Lima and Porta Venezia), tram and bus or enjoy a short walk to Piazza Duomo through the beautiful Giardini Pubblici gardens.

Casa Broggi is in a Liberty-style palazzo, dating from 1905 and is accessed around a safe and secure communal court yard. This apartment is a great alternative to staying in a hotel for weekend visitors, business travellers and young families. This is an opportunity to live life like a local during your stay.

My husband and I live in the same palazzo building as Casa Broggi and so we are on hand to help in any way we can to make your vacation/holiday as comfortable as possible. You will have direct contact with us from the very beginning and one of us will be waiting to meet you upon your arrival in front of the main door, show you around Casa Broggi and help you settle in. All we want is for you to be well, happy and comfortable. So why not come and live life like a local.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
