The Apartment Loggiato II sometimes called Iride (55 sqm) is part of Historic Hamlet Le Logge di Silvignano, one of the most significant examples of Medieval architecture in the Spoleto County.

Loggiato II is located 1st floor with view over the valley and sunset. You can dine outside using the terrace on the garden ground floor.

Pool towels provided.

Le Logge di Silvignano built from the X to the XV Century,is listed by the Italian Ministry for the Arts and Environment. It is located the Spoleto hills covered by countless olive grove. Close to the best Medieval hilltops and the Wine area. (Umbria is rated at one of the best Wine area by Tripadvisor Travelers)

Some of the furnitures are antique, some are made by local artisans. Bed linen and linen curtains are woven on the antique Montefalco looms. Art ceramics are from Deruta and Torgiano, and family paintings and furniture “blended” together.

A closed, locked area is available for your Bikes.

The 5000 sqm Garden is divided in two parts. The one on the Owner House front was once the old “hortus”, now with two centuries-old fig trees, in the shade of which you can sit and read in summertime. The main part of the garden is surrounded by big oak, elms and olive trees, the swimming pool in the centre, and over 200 plants among lavender, rosemary, thyme, myrtle, abelia, cartegus, broom and pomegranate, and more than 50 different kind of rose.

The Pool is located in the most panoramic but reserved part of the garden, sunny from sunrise to sunset, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and areas in the shade. The access to the Pool is only for registered Guests.

The Suite Home Apartment is located on the front of the Historic House.
The Apartment has a private bedroom with a double bed (italian size 160 x 190 cm), private bathroom and spacious living and equipped Kitchen. Independent entrance and privacy.

The furniture are at high level of standard, bed linen are pure linen, as the curtains. All windows have screens and shutters.

Bed Linen, Bathtowels and Pool Towels are changed weekly. Extra change available on request.

A Welcome Breakfast Welcome Basket with hand selected products is complimentary provided on arrival.

A common Laundry room is available for Guests with a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron table.

Around the Pool there are available sunbeds and sunumbrellas. A large shaded pergola is also available close to the pool area.
The view from the Garden and Pool is amazing and you can enjoy the best sunsets.
Pool Towels are provided , with weekly change. Full Pool servicing is provided.
The Garden and the Pool size is 6 mt x 12 mt deep 140/150 cm are only for registered Guests up to 15 when property is fully utilized.
Children are under the supervisions of the Parents.
Parking is on the public area ( very safe)

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tonya and Brian (the owner) a message.

If Tonya and Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
