Dear Guest, I am very sorry if you didn't enjoy your stay at the best, we always try to everything is possible for our guests. Regarding the cleaning, I apologies for this, may be the housekeeper missed something, she is human, I'll will advise her to take more care. Anyway If you had warned me immediately I would have called the housekeeper to clean, why didn't you? I appreciate that you have realized we manage this home vacation like an hotel, and loved room size and bathrooms. Unfortunately I know we are not at the Spanish steps, or at Colosseum area and I cannot do anything for this, I cannot change the location. Our value is to offer a professional service, a private courtyard, a sun deck, large size room, in a very safe, relaxing place, quiet area, away from the traffic noise, that in Rome center can ruin your sleep and your vacation. You will not find a place like this in the old town center. But at 15 minutes walking you reach the metro station and you can get everywhere. Best regards Massimo

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Cristian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
