Our luxury villa offers 5 elegant bedrooms and suites on 3 levels, a private garden and a balcony with a fabulous view – all designed by a renowned architect and interior designer with harmony and comfort in mind. The ground floor offers a huge living room and 2 sitting areas with cable TV and a variety of TV channels in a number of languages, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a laundry room for your benefit. The second level offers 2 gorgeous suites with en suite bathrooms and an additional spacious double bedroom as well. The 3rd and top level is a gallery that offers a huge suite with an en-suite bathroom, sitting area and large balcony – with a great view of the city and the sea.

The villa houses up to 14 people but if you are visiting with a larger group – do not worry! Additional Eshkol houses are available just moments away on foot.

The villa is perfectly situated on the Carmel Mountain in a green and quiet neighborhood, but is only moments away from all the noise and bustle of Haifa's shopping centers, beaches, cafés and restaurants, movie theaters, and so much more. Stay in the center of town while feeling like you're in the middle of nature. Enjoy our hospitable environment that offers plenty of privacy. It is a 3-minute walk from a grocery store and just 5-minute drive from the bigger shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and the clean and beautiful beaches in Hof Hacarmel. Haifa's best tourist attractions such as: the Baha'i temple and Gardens, Louis promenade, Gan HaEm Park and Haifa Educational Zoo, are all within a few minutes' drive and a convenient public transportation is available to all over the city.

We were a family of 8.The apartment was perfect for our needs as there were enough bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy .The bathrooms however need to be upgraded .

Why can't I call Ziona (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Ziona (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ziona (the owner) a message.

If Ziona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
