This stunning villa, which has been checked and approved by the authorities in Murcia for holiday rentals ( license number VV.MU.914) has three double bedrooms the master bedroom having a large ensuite with Jacuzzi bath, shower and His and Her sinks the other bathroom has a double shower, the Villa is built on one level so is great for families,young couples, older couples and is wheelchair accessible. With large terrace areas, built in BBQ and a private pool to the rear. This villa really does offer endless luxury and security.

There is a locally chargeable cleaning fee of 110 euros in addition to the villa rental, this covers cleaning of the villa, bedding, towels etc.

A meter is fitted for the air conditioning which operates throughout the house, the meter accepts 1 and 2 euro coins, fans are provided throughout, there is no electricity charge.

El Valle resort centre is just a few minutes walking distance and consists of a Supermarket, Club House, Gym, Golf Shop and restaurants.

El Valle Resort recognises the importance of security. As a result, a security service operates 24 hours a day with CCTV cameras and barrier controlled access into the development

Why can't I call Kevin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
