This apartment is located in the Roda Golf and Beach Resort. It has been furnished to a high standard. The Golf course is open and for the non-golfers you have access to a private beach club on the Mediterranean. The local beach is located on the Mar Menor which is a 5 min. drive away.

The Resort is located in Loz Alcazares which has a lot to offer visitors, from great restaurants and bars to pools and water parks for the younger visitors. I have complied an information book about Los Alcazares and the surrounding area, of places to visit and eat and generally enjoy yourself.

The apartment is light and airy with 4 patio doors to make the most of the outside area. The lounge has been furnished with 2 red leather sofas, a 3 and 2 seater. There is also a flat screen TV with satellite channels, coffee tables and lamps. There is a patio door leading out to a private terrace and garden area which cannot be accessed by anyone else. So plenty of room for playing and sunbathing.

The dining area has a circular table which seats 4 comfortably, but can be extended to seat 6 if you want to invite guests. There is also a window so you can enjoy the view and a serving hatch to the kitchen.

The kitchen is well furnished with a large fridge freezer and washing machine, and plenty of plates and crockery and pots and pans. There is a toaster, kettle and microwave as well as the fitted hob and oven.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and bedside lights and cabinets. The en-suite has been finished to a high standard with marble walls and floor. It has a bath with shower fitting, bidet, toilet and sink.

The second bedroom has 2 patio doors which lead out to the back terrance and grassy area where the large pool is located. The bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and lamps.

There is a second batroom, again finished to a high standard in marble and has a fitted shower.

The apartment has private underground parking as well as parking on the roadside.

The apartment is on the ground floor so has plenty of outside space. It is also at the end of the block so has lots of light.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joan and John (the owner) a message.

If Joan and John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
