The complex offers excellent facilities including 2 swimming pools with a separate children's area, high quality sun-loungers & shades, restaurant/cafe bar and 2 panoramic lifts. Large luxury apartment in a highly sought after 4 star complex within 5 minutes walk from the beach and family entertainment area. Spacious with all modern furnishings, air con, 24hr security, Wi-Fi (payable on site).

The apartment, which overlooks the pool is furnished to a high standard and is complete with Air Conditioning and cable TV showing English language TV programmes similar to Sky. It is UK owned & furnished.

The beach is approximately 200 metres away and can be reached in just a few minutes. The ever popular Aquapark only 10mins walk.

Interior: The 3rd floor apartment sleeps up to 4 comfortably, the main bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be made into a double if required), double wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, 2 bedside cabinet and cable TV showing English language TV programmes similar to Sky. The living room has a large sofabed, lounge seating for 4 and dining seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. We can supply if requested Fold Up Bed, High Chair and Cot ( free of charge).

Interior Facilities:

Air Con,CD player,Clothes dryer,Cooker,DVD player,Fridge,Hairdryer,Highchair,Iron,Kettle,Microwave,Toaster,TV Video,Washing machine.

Exterior: The Pool has a separate children's area and the Sun Loungers and parasols around the pool are free of charge.There is a cafe bar, pool table table tennis. The complex has 24hrs security.

Sunny Beach has 8km of fine sandy beach and summer time temperatures around 30 degrees. There are plenty of activities nearby including jet ski-ing, para-gliding, jeep safaris and horse riding. Restaurant: Over 130 restauarants and taverns which cater to every taste. Bulgarian mehanas with traditional dancing, to an unusual Bulgarian experience offered at the Hanska Shatra (Khan Tent), which has a superb setting, mosaic interior and live folk music. One of the good trips available is to the "Old Town" Nessebar this can be reached by a 15 mins local bus ride. Nessebar is located on a peninsular with items of interest being a Fortified Wall, The Temple of Appolo, Ampitheatre, Churches, Old Building etc. The winding narrow cobbled streets have antique, artistic and other shops, also are bars restaurants overlooking the sea offering speciality fish menus. Nightlife: Nightlife is varied and ranges from nightclub, discos, casinos, bars,cafes, folk-style spots and a variety of acts and entertainment in the local taverns.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
